SELAMAT HARI RAYA AIDILADHA ( HAPPY EID ADHA) !! :DD


  Selamat hari raya aidiladha to all muslims  people :D . Yes. it's been fifteen days i haven't post anything yet at my blog ..haha ;p  i have been buzy using  my facebook.. ;p I'm so happy !! haha...wana knw y?? because yesterday in Malaysia which is 11/17/2010 was Eid Adha day!! which celebrated by muslims. 
     
    Okay let me tell yah wht's going on yesterday before & after hari raya..  :)
  
   *as you all knw we suppose to wake early and get showered...n so i did
    
   * before the day of hari raya, my mom n i start cooking..
       my mom & i cooked rendang!! which is my fav food!! :)
       some trifle.. umm yummy..and we baked a cake!!! suji cake!!! haha =D
  
   * the nex day i woke up early..get shower..dress up nicely..start packed all the food tht 
       we cooked yesterday in a big round container :) while waiting for my dad n my 
       bro done their prayers ^_^

  At 11:30 we reached our grandpa house, we rest about half and hour then we all start our day by eating the food tht i mention earlier. I celeb it with my grandpa and also my aunt, cikjan..my uncle acikdin, my beloved cousins, arisya, dira..well too bad for my othr cousins  who don't have a chance to celeb with us..haha..coz yesterday was really fun!!
and not forgotten, my aunt also brought some food from home..love yor dalca!! thr's a various type of food tht we ate yesterday..

 The best part is, after eating my cousins n i dun knw wht to do!! so blurr!! as i can say' MATI KUTU' !  haha...we all then, went buy some aiskrim!! haha funy! we ate solero aiskrim! taste nice!! i ate it twice! haha >_< then at 1:30 we went collected a fresh beef tht have been slaughtered since morning for aidiladha..


hahaahhaha....


 After we collected the beef we tired, we play, we laugh together....n we can't stop laughing..wanna knw?? haha...okay..my cousins keep making fun with a word 'sibuk' as she calld it jeboq!! huahahahaha... =D then we make fun of blackberry phne..im sure u guyz dun wana knw bout tht..it's pretty lame..

FATS!

  Hey, sup guyz..hw u doin? haha..okey...the title sounds interesting ryte?? ok..fats..fats..fats..haha..actually today i'll talking bout fats, as u can see.....i've been eating..  ALOT...,NON-STOP....n NON-STOP CHEWING, whenever i feel bored and got nothin to do other than reading a book..especially after PMR..i'm so deadlocked! really dont knw what to do..so i'll juz eating eating eating...was it a fun ting u will do?? oh yes..most people in Malaysia did tht..haha..mostly..yeah ;P
  
     This lately after PMR i notice tht i had put on weight about 4* to 5*...ehem ehem...i  juz can't help myself stop eating..i juz seat on my comfortable chair and start eating..mostly i'll juz seating n do some essay but now it changed to maggi bowl! lol...okay tht  still can accept..but not anymore till my mom said tht my *  has grew more bigger..well tht really outrageous :(....so from tht day..my mom told me tht, it's not good for our health..u knw it..i knw u do.. ;p 


  




    
 My mom start mumbling at me bout how to burn all our fats after eating..here it goes, as my mom said..bla la bla n bla..out off all.. i juz caught something easy and useful..it was calld exercise (work out)..urghh..gosh! tht would be the last thing i do in this world..lol.. well tht its useful after all...tht also gonna help us to increase our stamina by exercise everyday... 


   Finally i did loss my weight...huh...juz few kilogram..it wont loss ur weight just by a day but u have to keep practice exercise everyday..haha..really tiring..before i forgot..there are many ways to exercise..such as jog every morning, cycling, play outdoor games or just go to the nearest gym..it might help too.. :)

  Okay that's  all i can come up for this post..for those who love eating especially form 3 student  coz they got nothin to do with their free time.. u can follow my way as i mentioned earlier.. it really works! Enjoy and try it =D
